Listed below are the answers to many frequently asked questions. If you do not see the answer to your questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

As defined by the Virtual Assistant Networking Association, “A

Virtual Assistant (VA)

is a highly-trained independent entrepreneur who provides a myriad of business support services virtually via phone, fax and internet based technology to support and meet the growing needs of businesses worldwide.”
A Virtual Assistant partners with you to help you succeed in your business. Due to the advances in technology, your virtual assistant does not need to be in your local area. I have multiple clients whom I have never met in person, but with whom I have a wonderful working relationship.

Who are your clients?

My clients come from a wide variety of industries. My recent client roster includes Realtors®, Coaches, Speakers, Authors, non-profit groups, an auto repair facility, an accounting firm, an artist and multiple brick-and-mortar businesses. Anyone who needs administrative or social media marketing assistance will benefit from my services.

Communication is vital to a successful relationship. My clients reach me primarily by email, but are welcome to call me or send a fax as well. You may choose which method is most convenient for you. In most instances, I return emails the same day, with a maximum of 24 hours.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

Your confidentiality is very important to me. I do not disclose to any person other than my Client and their named representative(s) any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to the clients. Any examples of work completed for clients portrayed in my portfolio is there with consent directly from the client. If requested, I will provide a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to my clients.

Do you require your clients to sign a contract?

Yes. Like any reputable service provider, I do have a contract that I require clients to sign before our project begins. The contract covers current and future projects, so my clients only have to sign one contract.

What is your turn around time?

Turn around time will depend on the scope of the project. When you agree to retain my services, we will discuss your requested time-line and come to an agreement as to the completion date of the project.

What is your hourly rate?

I offer services on retainer as well as a per project basis. Rates are quoted individually, dependent on the individual needs of the client and the scope of work. I do offer package pricing for some of my standard projects.

How do I know what time I am being charged for?

You are only charged for the time I spend on your specific project, or for the agreed package price for a service. For hourly charges, I track start and end times for each task. I charge my clients for the exact number of minutes spent on their work. You can be assured that you will only be for the specific time spent and the work performed.

What happens if I run out of hours in my retainer?

Any hours in excess of your agreement will be billed at our agreed hourly rate.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. You may pay your invoices via PayPal. I also accept checks and money orders.

How can I get my work to you?

Clients submit work via e-mail, phone, fax, FedEx, UPS or U.S. Mail.
